Why name my "Blog Cogitate On That"?
In the Spring of 2007, my mother was diagnosed with stage four lung and brain cancer. She was just 64. She did the chemo and the radiation and lasted just 9 months. I miss her.
When one of us saw something on the news that was interesting and made us think about things differently we would call and share our discovery. Sometimes after telling me about something interesting she would say "Cogitate on that a while and get back to me."
And so, since she is gone, I thought I'd try this blog. Since you're here go ahead and read what I've posted. Cogitate on it a while and post your thoughts back to me. All I ask is that you keep it clean and respectful.
Welcome, grab a warm cuppa tea or an intoxicating glass of wine and stay a while. Think deep thoughts.
